Holidays

Just got back from my holiday, seeing good growth in my hair. The sunshine has done it a lot of good. I put on factor 50, but I did take the morning sunshine without any sun block. Some nice comments from my mother in law, she was very complimentary and noticed a considerable difference from the beginning of my holiday to the final days when she came to visit us. Sunshine is very good for hair growth, but be careful, sunburn is not good.
